The Cheese Station is a family run business in the heart of the Midlands in Burton upon Trent. Set up during the Covid-19 Pandemic in July 2020 initially to answer a need for essential fine foods during such a miserable period of time... after all cheese does cheer us up.
My name is Terry … and I am a self confessed cheese lover. I don't need much of an excuse to throw a cheese party (with a good glass of red wine too)
Over the past 15 years I have been a Priest in the Church of England but in 2015 I stepped out of full time ministry to set up my first Cheese Shop & Delicatessen. This closed when I went back to parish ministry but now as we fast forward to 2020... we find ourselves once more in Burton and more importantly with a little shop!
I am married to Karen and we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary next May (with a BIG Cheese party of course) and I have two grown up sons. My youngest son lives in Wisconsin, US - in the cheese state!!
I have completed the Level 2 qualification as a Cheesemonger and am a proud member of the Guild of Fine Foods. We pride ourselves on offering a sustainable, honest and ethical service. We don't pretend to know everything but we do know where to look. :)
The Cheese Station is open every day except Sunday & Monday.
