The Cheese Station is in the heart of the Midlands in the brewing capital of Burton upon Trent. Set up during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 initially to answer a need for essential fine foods during such a miserable period of time... after all cheese does cheer us up.
The Business is run by Terry, a self confessed cheese lover. He holds a Level Two qualification from the Academy of Cheese as a Cheesemonger.
Terry's favourite cheese is a strong mature called "Barbers 1833 Reserve" He likes a cheese with plenty of bite.
The business is also a member of the Guild of Fine Foods, which offers advice and support to small businesses on all food related matters.
The Cheese Station prides itself on offering a sustainable, honest and ethical service. Where possible all plastics are removed.
The Cheese Station is open every day except Sunday & Monday.
